After leading several teams at the international branch of Groupon and a small escapade at a disruptive fashion startup, Paul joined AUTO1 in early 2015 to bootstrap the microservice platform from zero as Java employee no. 1 and ended up also bootstrapping hiring processes, team and coding standards.
